Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Pioneer Dolphin Tourism & Transportation, we respect our guests' flexible travel planning and keep cancellation and refund processes as flexible as possible. The following terms apply to all reservations.

1. General Cancellation Terms

• Up to 24 hours before the journey: Cancellations are free of charge; no deduction is applied.
• 12-24 hours before the journey: 25% of the service fee may be deducted.
• 0-12 hours before the journey (including no-show): The full service fee may be charged.

In line with our no-advance-payment policy, no advance payment is required for standard transfers; cancellations are processed when notified through our communication channels.

2. Special Reservations

For special reservations such as weddings, conferences, organizations, and long-term corporate agreements, the cancellation terms agreed upon in writing during the reservation are applicable. An advance payment may be requested for these reservations.

3. Service Modifications

Changes to journey date, time, or route can be made free of charge provided that they are notified at least 12 hours in advance. Processing depends on availability.

4. Cancellations by Pioneer Dolphin

If Pioneer Dolphin is unable to provide the service due to operational reasons, an alternative vehicle is provided, or a full refund is issued within 7 business days if the fee has been collected.

5. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather, road closures, war, and civil disturbances, cancellation terms are evaluated flexibly and renegotiated by the parties.

6. Refund Processes

Refund amounts for prepaid reservations are issued using the same payment method within 7 business days at the latest. Bank processing times may vary.
