Your personal data is processed for the purposes of creating reservations, providing transfer services, issuing invoices, customer communication, improving service quality, fulfilling legal obligations, and resolving legal disputes.

- Fulfillment of a legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç)

5. Transfer of Data
Your personal data may be shared on a limited basis only with business partners (e.g., payment institutions) within the framework of contracts and where necessary for legal obligations, insurance procedures, and service delivery. No transfer abroad is made.
6. Storage Period
Your data is retained for the period stipulated by the relevant legislation or required by the purpose of processing; at the end of this period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Your Rights under Article 11 of KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, request deletion or destruction, learn the third parties to whom data has been transferred, request restriction of processing, and claim compensation in case of damage.
