Terms of Service

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded between Pioneer Dolphin Tourism & Transportation (Camlik Mah. 3660 Sok. No: 15, Buca / Izmir, Turkey) as the service provider, and the natural or legal person receiving the service ("Customer").

2. Subject of the Service

This agreement covers the VIP transfer, luxury vehicle rental, airport transfer, chauffeur service, intercity transfer, VIP meet and greet, and private tour services provided by Pioneer Dolphin to the Customer.

3. Scope of Service

• Insured VIP vehicle transport from the designated departure point to the destination
• Professional chauffeur service
• Flight tracking and name-board greeting at the airport
• Basic refreshments during the journey (within the requested package)

4. Pricing and Payment

The service fee is the fixed price notified in writing to the Customer at the reservation stage. No advance payment is required. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card at the end of the journey. Additional service requests are charged separately.

5. Cancellation and Modification

The provisions of the Cancellation and Refund Policy apply to reservation cancellations and changes.

6. Obligations of the Parties

Pioneer Dolphin undertakes to perform the service in a punctual, safe, and sound manner. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the reservation information, complying with the in-vehicle rules, and any damage that may be caused to third parties or the vehicle.

7. Force Majeure

Pioneer Dolphin cannot be held liable for events beyond the parties' control such as natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather conditions, traffic accidents, and road closures, but will make every effort to provide an alternative solution.

8. Disputes

The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Izmir shall have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes arising from this agreement.
